【Abstract】 Cholesterol 0.5g and rancidity oil 0.5 ml per were given to the rabbits for 16 weeks. It was observed that the serum cholesterol. Serum malonaldehyde and malonaldehyde in the aortic wall of the rabbits are increased obviously and athercsclerosis patches are formed clearly at aortic wall.
