白口铸铁改性的热处理工艺

【摘要】 通过正火处理,高碳、高硅普通白口铸铁可保持铸态下的较高硬度与较好耐磨性,并可改善其强韧性,采用等温淬火,能得到优良的综合性能。对于较厚较大的铸件,选用低碳,低硅白口铸铁,经正火+等温淬火,也可获得优良的性能。

【Abstract】 Ordinary high carbon and silicon white cast iron can be improvedits strength and toughness by normalizing and kept the same hardness and wearresistance as that of its casting state.And it can also be achieved with good-comprehensive properties by austempering.For huge block castings,it is moresuitable to select low carbon and silicon white cast iron owing to it can alsobe got good comprehensive properies by normalizing and austempering.
