高合金渗碳钢针状碳化物的显微结构及生长机理
The Microstructure and Formation Mechanism of the Acicular Carbide in High Alloy Steels
【摘要】 作者研究了高合金渗碳钢中针状碳化物的形貌及显微结构,描述了针状碳化物的典型形貌。认为这是一种含有少量合金元素的(Fe.M)3C型碳化物,其母相为残留奥氏体。二者的位向符合Pistch关系。针状碳化物可以在晶界和晶内形核。其生长沿残留奥氏体的一定晶面进行。观察发现针状碳化物是由许多"小节"构成的,对此以前未见过有关报导。作者认为碳化物针的生长是靠不断形成新的"小节"实现的。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the microstructure and the formation mechanismof the acicular carbide in high alloy steel have been studied.The typical pa-tterns of the carbide are discribed.It is proved that the carbide is(Fe,M)(?)with a little alloy elements,the matrix is retained austenite and the orien-tation relationship between the carbide and its matrix obeys pistch one.Thisacicular carbide can nuclei either at grain boundary or inside of retained aus-tenite.With TEM,it is discovered that the carbide cnosists of"small step".The authors suppose that the growth of the carbide depends on the forming of"small step"continuously.
