【Abstract】 By using Aridin-Biodin Complex (ABC) test, we detected the anti-body to cysticercus cellulosae which iffeced the disease. artificially and naturally, and the ABC test was compared with the indirect ELISA test. The results show that the AEC test has magnifying function in addition to all the advantages that the ELISA test pessesses. Yet ihe AEC test can determine positive or negtive sera that gave uncertain results in the ELISA test.Therefore,the AEC test is considered to be a very specific and highly sensitive method in detecting the trace antibody to cysticercus cellulosae in pigs.更多还原
