【Abstract】 A high potence antiinflammatory drug is synthesized by pfit-zinger reaction of isochroman-4-one and isatin.Its pharmacologic action isstudied,proving its remarkable effects against inflammation.The averagerate of inhibiting tumefaction is 59.2 percent,and value P less than 0.01.The compound has never been reported before,The structure of the compoundis confirmed by element analysis,IR and H-NMR.更多还原
