辛可芬类高效抗炎药物的合成——异色满并杂环药物研究(Ⅱ)
Synthesis of High Potence Antiinflammatory Drug of Cinchophene Analog Study of Isochromanoheterocyclic Compounds(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 通过异色满酮和靛红的 pfitzinger 反应,合成出具有高效抗炎活性药物异色满并(3.4—b)喹啉,经药理检验证明此药抗炎效果显著,平均肿胀抑制率为59.2%,P 值<0.01。该化合物未见报道,经红外光谱,核磁共振谱以及元素分析确定其结构。
【Abstract】 A high potence antiinflammatory drug is synthesized by pfit-zinger reaction of isochroman-4-one and isatin.Its pharmacologic action isstudied,proving its remarkable effects against inflammation.The averagerate of inhibiting tumefaction is 59.2 percent,and value P less than 0.01.The compound has never been reported before,The structure of the compoundis confirmed by element analysis,IR and H-NMR.
