无氟渣电渣重熔及铸锭的凝固组织
THE PROCESS OF FLUORINE-FREE SLAG ESR AND ITS INGOT SOLIDIFICATION STRUCTURE
【摘要】 采用不含氟组元的无氟渣;CaO 50%,Al2O350%及CaO48%,Al2O348%,MgO 4%的渣系进行电渣重熔,由于渣比电阻高,可以提高电效率,降低电耗,消除氟的污染。通过对铸锭组织结构的检测,证明无氟渣电渣重熔铸锭的二次枝晶间距与AHΦ—6渣相比略有减小。所以,无氟渣电渣重熔铸锭偏析程度小,组织致密、均匀。
【Abstract】 There is no fluorine pollution generated in the process of fluorine-free slag electroslag remelting using the slag system 50%CaO-50%Al2O3 and 48%CaO-48%Al2O2-4%MgO. Because of high resistance of the slag the energy efficiency of the ESR process can be increased so that the power consumption of the process can be decreased. The structural examinations on the ingots have shown that the secondary dendrite arm spacings are less in the fluorine-free slag ESR process than that in the process with AHΦ-6 slag. The ingots produced by the fluorine-free slag ESR process have the structure with depressed segregation and higher density and homogeneity.
