大功率脉冲变压器用非晶合金研究

【摘要】 研制出Fe79Si3.5B15 5C2非晶合金,它是制作大功率脉冲变压器铁芯的理想材料。该合金经纵向磁处理后具有优异的脉冲磁性能:在τ=3μs,f=300 Hz时,当△B=1.5 T,μP=11000;当△B=1.8 T,μP=9000。这与通用脉冲变压器铁芯材料硅钢相比,脉冲磁导率μP提高了2倍多。用该非晶成功的制成了国内第一台高压大功率偏置式脉冲变压器。

【Abstract】 Fe79Si3.5B15.5C2 amorphous alloy for pulse transformer has been investigated. The Fe-based amorphous alloy is a good core material for large power pulse transformer. After longitudinal magnetic annealing, the alloy has excellent pulse magnetic properties: when τ=3μs, f=300 Hz, and △B= 1.5 T, μP=11000; while △B=1.8 T, μp=9000.Pulse permeability of the Fe-based amorphous alloy is 2 times higher than that of the common Si-steel materials. The first set of high voltage large power biasing-mode pulse transformer had been made of the Fe79Si3.5B15.5C2 amorphous alloy successfully.
