硫化物对5CrNiMnMoVSCa钢等向性能影响的定量研究
INFLUENCE OF SULFIDE ON TRANSVERSE IMPACT TOUGHNESS OF 5CrNiMnMoVSCa STEEL
【摘要】 硫化物形态(L/B)、大小(L)、数量(N)对5CrNiMnMoVSCa钢的纵向冲击韧性几乎无影响,对横向冲击韧性有很大影响。这种影响的定量关系为:αk横=8.6e-2.2×10-3(K-1)I,式中K为横向同纵向硫化物应力集中系数之比K=(1+2·L/B)/(1+2·B/L)I=L(1/N)2为单位长度上夹杂物的总长度。
【Abstract】 Shape(L/B). length(L). and quantity(N) of solfide have little influence on the longitudinal impact toughness but have great influence on the transverse impact toughness of 5CrNiMnMoVSCa steel. The relationship between transverse aK, K and I is aK(transverse)=8.6e-2.2×10-3<K-1)1, where K is the ratio of stress concentration factor of sulfide in transverse direction to that in longitudinal direction, / is LN--total length of sulfide in unit length
