【摘要】 本文以轧制规程的优化和轧后板厚横向分布的计算机模拟为例,描述了 CAE 技术在制定异步冷轧不锈钢硬质薄板工艺制度中的应用。文中给出了有关的数学模型和计算结果。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the application of computer aided engineering(CAE)in the design oftechnological process for asymmetrical cold rolling of stainless steel sheet using an example ofoptimum rolling schedule designing and computer simulation of thickness distribution across therolled sheet.Related mathematical model and result of calculation arc given in the paper.
