水轮机模型转轮叶片数控加工的编程系统及其应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了用于水轮机模型转轮叶片的多轴数控加工图象编程系统CSGNC。并介绍了利用该系统对混流式、轴流式叶片数控编程的处理方法和过程,以及对以上两种叶片的加工。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the CSGNC system on graphics NC programming for multiaxis machining of the model hydraulic turbine blade. Processing method, procedure of NC programming and their machining by the system are described for the Francis and the Kaplan runner blades.
