电极法测氟的△mv值守恒定律

【摘要】 1989年,我们报告了采用添加固定量的标准氟所得△mv值计算样品氟含量的方法。本文介绍此方法中的一项新定律——△mv值守恒定律,描述如下:若用蒸馏水将测定体系作数倍稀释,则在一定条件下不论测定体系的液量多少,只要其中氟量恒定,其△mv值总是保持同样(或很相近)值,例如,当测定体系含氟10μg时,其液量在3~32ml范围内所得△mv值为16.3~16.7,其中3~17ml范围内△mv值基本上为恒值,同时从数学上进行了论证。

【Abstract】 In 1989, we reported a new analytical method of fluoride by fluoride electrade, which added one dosage of standard solution of fluoride into the analytical solution and bothvalues of millivolt were read before and after, and then their difference (△mv) was calculated. Thefluoride content of the sample could be calculated using the result of the △mv. A new law in the new method is reported here in this paper, which can be stated as follows: If the analytical solution is diluted to "n" times with distilled water, it will show that the value of △mv remains the same as long as the fluoride content is constant under certain conditions, no matter what the volume of the solution tested. For example, the analytical solution, containing TISAB 2.0 ml, F-10μg, is diluted to "n" times (3-32 ml) with distilled water, the values of △mv still re-main in 16.3-16.7mv. This is a new law.
