【摘要】 用振动加速度作标准质量诊断信号,按产品质量波动服从平稳高斯过程,随机抽取20台样本在生产厂磨合试验台上以磨合工况测取加速度时间信号,用CF-500小型快速付里叶实时分析仪作加速度功率谱。通过对功率谱的分析,给出设计质量诊断仪的滤波器参数。测点按接近性好、信号强选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper, regarding the vibrational acceleration as the system, according to the quality of the products, which submits to the stable Qaussian process, we took 20 samples of the products at random on the test stand under the condition of running-in and measured the vibration for the diagnostic signal. Thus we can get the acceleration power spectrum by using the CF-500 FFT analyser. According to the power spectrum, we can judge the quality of the products and put forward the parameter of the band-pass filter of the diagnostic instrument. The measuring spot is selected by an easy approach and strong signal.更多还原
