【摘要】 根据不同接种方法、温度、苗龄及接种物浓度对甘蓝苗期抗病性表现的影响,并与成株期抗病性比较,筛选出一套在甘蓝3～4叶期,保温24小时,用每毫升含10~8个细菌的悬浮液,喷雾接种,再保湿24小时,在25℃条件下培养12天,调查发病程度的快速、准确反映成株期抗病性的甘蓝黑腐病苗期抗病性鉴定方法。用此方法对4个单位11份甘蓝材料鉴定结果,75—01具有对黑腐病的高度抗病性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid method of identifying resistance to black rot of cabbage in seedling stage and re- flecting adult resistance was developed by testing different inoculating methods, temperatures,plant ages and inoculum concentrations.Among 11 screened cabbage lines from 4 different areas,the 75—01 line was the most resistant one to black rot.更多还原
