【摘要】 本文从雷佛诺尔引产的胎儿皮肤提取、纯化Ⅱ型前胶原，经聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳证实为单一区带；经还原后得到两个亚单位：Proα₁（Ⅱ）与pα₁（Ⅱ），前者分子量为19万，后者为17万。用此抗原免疫家兔获得高效价抗血清。免疫组化可见肝硬化与慢活肝的肝组织中的胶原染为棕色。本文系首次报道从人工流产的人胎皮中提纯Ⅱ型前胶原获得成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this report procollagen type I (PCI) was isolated and purified from human fetal skin of induced abortion. The characteristic of this antigen was successfully identified. There was only one band on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis; Two bands namely Pro a1 (III) and Pa1(III) were presentedafter reduction, the molecular weight of former was 190 000 and later 170 000; The high value of antiserum was aquired from rabbit after immunization; Collagen fibers of biopsies with cirrhosis and chronic active hepatitis were stained with brown colour on immunohistochemisty.
