【摘要】 采用冷冻方法,对晚期无眼进行临床治疗观察.本组患者共18例26眼,其中男、女各9例;年龄9～74岁,平均24岁.治疗结果,睫状体冷冻范围不超过180°的11例15眼,8例8眼控制了眼压,其中3例3眼为巩膜瓣下冷冻并行周边虹膜切除.睫状体冷冻范围为240°的7例11眼,全部控制了眼压,其中1例1眼为巩膜瓣下冷冻法.提示冷冻范围略大些,即可省略巩膜瓣下冷冻的方法.作者并对该疗法适应症的选择、术前麻醉的使用及术后并发症的处理进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports the results of cyclocryotherapy perfomed on 18 cases(26 eyes) of advanced glaucoma. All cases were observed for more than half a year" Of these 11 cases(15 eyes) underwent cyclocryotherapy with a frozen extension of less than 180 degrees, 8(8 eyes)out of these 11 had their intraocular pressure successfully controlled and among these 3(3 eyds) were treated under the scleral flap in combination with peripheral iridectomies. In the remaining seven cases(11 eyes) the frozen extensions increased from 180～240 degrees the intraocular pressure was well controlled in all cases. Only one eye were frozen under scleral flap.更多还原
