【摘要】 用流式细胞仪分析31例系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者外周血淋巴细胞的OKT₃、OKT₄和OKT₃表型,同时以36名健康成人做对照。结果表明,患者OKT₃⁺、OKT_<sup>4+细胞阳性百分率在正常范围内.但患者OKT₈⁺细胞百分率显著高于正常值（分别为44.52士12.07、30.39±6.06,P<0.01）,OKT₄+/OKT₈⁺比值显著低于正常值（分别为0.69±0.24、1.06±0.28,P<0.01）。13例有肾脏损害患者中5例OKT₄⁺/OKT₈⁺比值明显降低,占38.5％;而无肾脏损害18例中仅1例OKT₄⁺/OKT₈⁺比值明显降低,占5.56％.更多还原

【Abstract】 Phenotype of OKT3, OKT4 and OKT3 markers on surface of peripheral blood T lymphocytes from 31 SLE patients were analyzed with a flowcytom-eter and the results were compared with those of T cells from 36 normal controls. The results showed that the rates of OKT3+ and OKT4+ cells were within the normal range, while that of OKT8+ cells (44.52-12.07%) was significantly higher than normal (30. 39 ± 6.06% , P<0.01). Besides, the OKT4+/OKT8+ ratio in patients (0.69± 0.24) was lower than that of normal controls(1 .06 ± 0.28, P<0.01), 5/13 (38.5%) cases with kidney lesion showing obvious decrease of OKT4+/OKT8+ ratio, while 1/18 cases (5.56%) without kidney lesion also showing such decrease.更多还原
