重金属离子对一些水霉的毒性

【摘要】 本文研究了几种重金属离子(Hg,Cd,Cu,Ni,Zn,Pb)对一些水霉生长和繁殖的毒性,结果表明重金属离子对水霉的产孢比对水霉的生长毒性大,Hg?和Cd?对水霉的生长毒性最小,Ni?和Cu次之,Zn和Pb最小,而对水霉产孢毒性最小的是Cu,其次是Hg,Cd和Ni,Zn和Pb毒性最小。不同菌的生长和繁殖对重金属离子的反应也有所差异,结果还体现了用于植物病害防治的铜制剂主要是抑制病菌的繁殖。本文对水霉用于检测重金属污染的前途进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Toxicity of heavy metal ions (Hg++ ,Cd++,Ni++ ,Cu++,Zn++,Pb++)to the vegetative growth and reproduction of some species of watermolds including Achlya americana,A.oblongata,Aphanomyces laevisand Saprolegnia ferax were investigated.The results showed that thetoxicity of the ions to the vegetative growth of the fungi is strongerthan that to the reproduction.Hg++ and Cd++ showed the highesttoxicity to the vegetative growth of the fungi,Ni++ and Cu++ showedthe intermediate toxicity and Zn++ and Pb++ the lowest.On the otherhand,the highest toxic effect on the reproduction of the fungi wasshowon in the order of Cu++,Hg ++,Cd++,Ni++,Zn++,Pb++.Therefore effects of heavy metal ions on the growth and reproductionof the fungus were different.It also throws light on the mechanismof the preparation of Cu++ in controling plant disease in that thepathogenesis is inhibited by the inhibition of the sexual and asexualreproduction of the pathogens by Cu++.The possibility of using watermolds to monitor heavy metal pollution is discussed.
