助搏反搏装置中微机控制系统的设计
DESIGN OF MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL SYSTEM IN PULSATILE BYPASS AND COUNTERPULSATION DEVICES
【摘要】 作者与上海第二医科大学附属仁济医院心血管研究室合作,用微处理机控制助搏反搏装置,使之能部分实现自动调整。经过初步的动物实验,证明在一定心率范围内是可行的。本文报道了该装置中微处理机程序设计,包括助搏控制程序与反搏控制程序两部分。
【Abstract】 ABSTRACTIn animal experiments, pulsatile bypass and counterpulsation ( PBCP ) technique has bsen proved feas’ble. However, most of the PBCP devices commonly used are opsrated manually and operators must adjust them regularly and tediously according to patient’s physiological condition. The authors developed a microprocessor based PBCP device of high specificity and reliability with simple opsrability. The program, design of the device is also simply discussed.
