水凝胶HFMC及其杀精子功能

【摘要】 本文介绍一种带有羧基的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯水凝胶HFMC的某些物性及其用于兔避孕的实验结果。精液检测及配对实验表明HFMC的杀精子功能是令人满意的。输精管的电镜观察表明,该水凝胶借助于输精管内的指状突起以一种生物体可接受的异物固着于管腔内,并呈多孔状而允许精子通过。HFMC对兔精子有严重损伤。NIH小鼠骨髓微核的观察表明HFMC用于体内是安全的。HFMC的组份对其沉淀形态及在生理盐水中的溶解度有明显影响,其羧基与羟基的比率保持在35~50%较为合适。

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>A spermicidal biomaterial HFMC which is a hydrogel based on poly-hydroxyethyl methacrylate with carboxyl group was tested in rabbit. Theresults of sperm determination and mating show that HFMC is satisfacto-ry as spermicide. Observations on vas deferens with electron micrograph show that a lots of pits are favorable to keep holding HFMC and herabbit’s spermatozoa can pass through the porous HFMC in the lumen.The membrance of spermatozoa contacted with HFMC was swollen andinterrupted. Observation on HFMC in induction of micronucleus rate ofpolychromatic erythrocyte in bone marrow of NIH mice show that HFMCis safe in vivo. The morphology of deposit and solubility in saline dependon the compositions of HFMC. It is favorable to remain a rate of carbo-xyl and hydroxyl group in HFMC in the range of 35-50%.
