【Abstract】 The frequencies of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronucleus (MN) of peripheral blood lymphocytes were determined in 15 patients with RB, their 24 parents and 16 normal controls.The results showed that the spontaneous,MMC induced SCE and MN rates in patients were significantly higher than those in controls. Therefore, the results provided some positive evidence for chromosome instability in RB patients. The relationship between chromosome instability and the origin of RB was also discussed更多还原
