【Abstract】 The antitumor action of Salvia chanensis Benth hasn’tbeen reported previously.Here we used human stomach cancer cMGC80-3 and nasopharyngeal cancer CNE cells to study the influence of the drug in vitro. By determination of the growth curve ofthe two kinds of human cancer cells. we found that Salvia chinensis Benth caused asignificant suppression of the cell growth. In the experiment of 3H-TdR incoporationinto DNA. we used three kinds of concentration of the drug. The result also showedthat the drug has existed a great inhibition of DNA synthesis on MGC80-3 and CNEcell.更多还原
