【摘要】 报告25例经CT确诊的小脑出血。根据CT所见和临床表现,将其分为3型:1.蚓部型,常合并脑室出血、脑积水需及时手术治疗。2.半球大块型,出血量大于5ml。有些大于10ml者应立即手术。3.半球小出血型,出血量小于5ml可以保守治疗。急性梗阻性脑积水是导致死亡的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 25 cases of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage diagnosed by CT were analysed. Based on the CT findings and clinical manifestation, it might be divided into 3 types: 1. Vermis hemorrhage, usually complicated by rupture into the fourth ventricle. Immediate operation is advised for these patients with ventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus, 2. Massive hemorrhage in the hemisphere, the patients revealed a large hematoma (>5ml), some of them (>10ml) have evacuation of the hematoma, 3, Small hematoma in the hemisphere (<5ml) could be treated with conservative therapy. Acute obstructive hydrocephalus was considered to be an important factor leading to fatal outcome.更多还原
