卫氏并殖吸虫成虫的嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞的体外趋化性

【摘要】 本文用改良的Boyden微孔滤膜小室法,证实卫氏并殖吸虫成虫浸出液和分泌排泄产物对嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞有明显的趋化性。其趋化性随蛋白浓度的增加而增强,但高浓度则出现抑制。文中对嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子在肺吸虫感染中的可能作用进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Distinct chemotactic activities of adult worm extract and excretory-secretory products of Paragonimus westermani for eosinophils and neutrophils were detected in vitro by a modified Boyden′s millipore chamber techni-que. The chemotactic activities were enhanced as the protein concentration increased and were inhibited when the concentration was unduly high. The possible role of eosinophil chemotactic factor(ECF) in paragonimus infection was discussed in this paper.
