雌二醇-硅橡胶骨架型透皮控释系统的研究
STUDIES ON TRANSDERMAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM OF ESTRADIOL-SILICONE MATRIX
【摘要】 报道了一种采用国产硅橡胶为骨架材料的“微小贮库分配控制型”药物透皮释放系统(TDS)。Franz渗透池TDS体外释放试验和Valia-Chien渗透池皮肤渗透试验表明;①雌二醇从TDS的体外释放规律符合Higuchi方程式;②雌二醇TDS的皮肤渗透速率接近零级速率。改变TDS配方中不同组分的比例或加入不同类型、不同比例的透皮吸收促进剂可以调节雌二醇的皮肤渗透速率与渗透量。
【Abstract】 A special kind of silicone matrix containing estradiol (E2) formaking of "microreservoir partition-controlled transdermal drug delivery system"is introduced. With. Franz diffusion cell and Valia-Chien diffusion cell, the resultsshowed: (1) E2 release from the TDS fitted the Higuchi equation; (2) E2 skinpermeation rate was nearly zero-order. The E2 transdermal rate and amountcould be adjusted by changing the component proportions and/or adding variousenhancers of different proportions in matrix.
