【摘要】 用滤纸浸渍含硝酸银和吸附指示剂的溶液,制成能简便、快速测定氮化钠浓度的试条。将试条插入尿液中,取出3min 内即可直读出尿液中 NaCl 浓度。测定的氯化钠浓度范围为6～16g/L。该方法与火焰光度计测得的结果吻合。测定结果的重现性好。pH6.5～9.0的尿液均可适用。少量的抗坏血酸及大量的葡萄糖不干扰测定。该试条可用于人们日常自我监测每 d 食盐的摄取量,是防治高血压等心血管疾病的新的检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A test stip for the quick determination ofsodium chloride in urine was prepared by dippingthe filter paper into a solution containingHNO₃ and an adsorption indicator.3 minutes la-ter,the concentration of sodium chloride fron 6 to16g/L can be determined.The result of this met-hod are in argeement with those of flame photom-etry.The precision is satisfactory.This strip isuseful for the assay of urine from pH 6.5 to 9.0.Low concentration of ascorbic acid and highconcentration of glucose do not interfere the strip.The strip can be used for self detection and controlof the intake of NaCl It is a method for preventingcardiovascular diseases,such as hypertension.更多还原
