【摘要】 <正> 胃镜是临床常用的诊断器械,在对病人进行检查中。如消毒不当必将引起交叉感染,尤其是肝炎的传播。纤维胃镜由高分子材料组成,结构特殊,不耐高温,亦不便将整体胃镜浸于消毒液中消毒。为寻找可行的胃镜消毒方法,我们进行了三步法消毒试验,现将结果介绍于下。更多还原

【Abstract】 In clinical trial of three-step method for disinfection of fibergastroscope, i.e. scrubbing in cleaning water-scrubbing in disinfectant-scrubbing in cleaning water, it was found by bacteriological examination that the total number of contaminating bacteria could be reduced by over 95%. Of the three steps used, the first scrubbing in cleaning water could remove over 90% of bacteria on the surface of gastroscope. Of the disinfectants used, including 0.1% and 0.2% bromogeramine, 0.5%chlorhexidine and 2% neutral glutaraldehyde, the last one showed the best germicidal effect and could reduec the bacteria by 89.39% after scrubbing for 20～30 seconds. The other three disinfectants could only reduce thc bacteria by 5.26～33.33%.360 samples taken from undisinfected gastroscopcs after use were examined by ELISA and 4 were found to bc HBsAg positivc. Of thc samples taken from disinfected gastroscopes, one was found to be HBsAg positive in 171 samples of 0.1% bromogeramine group.The results of the trial indicated that the three-step method can removc most of the bacteria on fibergastroscope, but for inactivation of HBV, glutaraldehyde with a contact time longer than 15 min should be used.更多还原
