【摘要】 近年来,在中医理论指导下,结合现代科学的理论和方法,进行中药药理的研究取得了显著的成绩。本文介绍了应用药效学、药动学及毒理学等方法对中药复方、单味药及有效成分的研究概况。并重点综述了近年对活血化瘀药、补益药、清热解毒药、通里攻下药、神经系统药、循环系统药、呼吸系统药、消化系统药、免疫系统药、抗肿瘤药、延缓衰老药的研究进展,以供临床和实验研究工作者参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, integrated with the theory and method of modern science under the guidence of the theories of TCM, great progress and achievement in the pharmacological studies on Chinese traditional materia medica have been gained. This article introduced the applications of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicological methodology for studying traditional compound prescriptions, herbs and their active constituent. Advances in the study on drugs for activating blood circulation to remove stasis, clearing and removing evil heat; drugs used as tonics, purgatives and antineoplastics; their actions on nerve system, blood circulation, respiratory system, digestive system, immune system and delaying senility were emphatically reviewed.更多还原
