【Abstract】 The content of testosterone in the oviduct of both Rana temporia chensinensis and Bufo bufo garg-arizans were measured by radio-immuno-assay (RIA). It is found that the level of testosterone in the oviduct of Bufo bufo gargarizans is slightly higher than that of Rana temporia chensinensis. This find-ing gives an additional scientific evidence which supports the utilization of oviduct of Bufo bufo gargari-zans instead of Rana temporia chensinensis.更多还原
