【摘要】 本文研究外压式聚砜中空纤维超滤器去除低度白酒浑浊的工艺。中空纤维超滤膜外径0.30—0.40mm,内径0.15—0.20mm,超滤膜的截面分子量为20,000,超滤器能除去低度白酒中的油酸乙酯,亚油酸乙酯及棕榈酸乙酯等浑浊物。超滤低度白酒在零下15℃仍澄清透明。超滤白酒的透明度,口味物优于未超滤的酒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clearing the raw liquor of low grade wine by external pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration device was investigated.The hollow fiber membrane having a inside diameter 0.15-0.20mm and a outside diamet- er 0.30-0.40mm have a cut off molecular weight 20,000.Suspension pa- rticles of ethyl oleate,ethyl linoleate and ethyl palmitate are removed lrom the raw fiquor of low grade wine.The resulted wine is still clear ar-15℃.The color,odor and taste of the ultrafiltration low grade wine are better than that of the uncleared.更多还原
