喷气纺纱气圈转速对成纱质量的影响

【摘要】 本文以流体动力学为基础,根据须条的受力平衡方程,推导出气圈转速公式,并说明了各单因子对气圈转速及成纱质量的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Based on the fluid kinetics,equations on the balloon turning speed are conducted by using the force balance formulas on the fiber asse- mblies.The influences on the yarn quality as well as balloon speed cau- sed by various parameters are also investigated.
