【摘要】 由于抗白血病药物的不断发现和用药方法的改进,成人急性白血病的疗效较过去明显提高,但仍有许多病人用常规治疗难以取得缓解,有些缓解后很快复发。我们采用大剂量化疗治疗成人急白13例,其中巩固治疗者8例,复发者3例,耐药者2例,目的是减少急白患者的复发,治疗难治性病例及防治中枢神经系统白血病。通过1～2疗程治疗观察,95％对治疗反应较好,10例目前仍处于稳定的缓解期,最长已缓解达60个月。但观察时间短,难以评价,有待进一步随访观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reduce relapse rate of acute leukemia, treat refrectory acute leukemia and prevent CNS-Leukemia,, 13 adults suffered from acute leukemia included 8 cases with consolidation therapy, 3 relapse and 2 resistant were treated with HD-chemotherapy from December, 1987. to March, 1989. The schedules included HD-COAP, HD-A.ra-C, HD-MTX. The overall effective rate was found to be 95%, now 10 cases are in the remission phase. The longest remission phase is 60 months.But the time of observation is too short to evaluate the effect. It needs to follow up with the patients.更多还原
