脉宽调制式电子天平的研制
THE RESEARCH AND MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FORCE COMPENSATION BALANCE USING PULSE-WIDTH MODULATION
【摘要】 脉宽调制式电磁力补偿电子天平是目前高精度分析和微分析电子天平所采用的电路模式、它具有电路结构简单、分辨率高、价格低等优点。本文较详尽地介绍了这种模式的测量原理和A/D转换原理,并探讨了有关天平指标的几个重要参数,据此作为设计依据。
【Abstract】 A kiad of electro-magnetic force compensation balance using pulse-width modulation is the modern high accuracy electronic balances (analytical and micro-analytical).The main features of such balance are the simple circuit, high resolution and lower cost. This paper discusses in detail its principle of measurement, A/D converter and several important factors which are the basis for the design. The paper also outlines the system of microprocessor.
