【Abstract】 Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium is a basic principle in population genetics. in doing the test for goodness of fit of the equilibrim there are sometimes situations, particularly in HLA analysis, in which there are multiple alleles and the theoretical frequency for each term could be only a very small number.
