筛分机理的研究
THE STUDY ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE OF GRAIN CLEANING
【摘要】 本文采用正交旋转试验、电子计算机模拟回归分析、同位素示踪技术,以筛的振频、振幅、振动方向角和筛体倾角为试验变量,以大豆、小麦、玉米和水稻为试验物料,以筛分率、谷物在筛面上的移送速度、谷层厚度、沉降速度和跃起高度为指标,对往复平面运动筛的筛分机理进行了研究。 分析得出:谷物在筛面上的移送速度与筛分性能的关系;谷层厚度与筛分性能的关系;沉降速度与筛分性能的关系;谷物在筛面上的跃起与筛分性能的关系。综合分析了谷物在筛面上的动态特征对筛分性能的影响——筛分机理。
【Abstract】 This paper describes tie study of the principle of grain cleaning with the methods of combination of experiments and computer similitude calculation.This study results in the relationship between the cleaning efficiency and the velocity for the grain to move along the screen, the grain depth on the screen, the velocity for the grain to sink from the top of the grain layer to the bottom, as well as the jumping height of the grain on the screen, respectively. The principle of the grain cleaning was also described in details in this paper.
