【Abstract】 A Kind of smallest P-type pinde nozzle and its low inertia injectorat home has been successfully designed and produced recently. This new pintle nozzleand injector of small size are featured by its small outside dia., low weight, very lowreciprocating mass of moving parts and small high pressure volume. The tests matchingwith the diesel engines of cylinder dia. 70, 75, 80 and 85mm have shown the advan-tages of saving energy. The endurance tests have been done respectively in a motoringtest rig and in a diesel engine under different conditions and qualified its high servicelife. This new kind of pintle nozzle and injector can be applied for small IDI dieseLengines with cylinder dia. of 60—100mm.更多还原
