应用偏振荧光法研究木材纤维素非晶区的取向

【摘要】 用偏振荧光法研究木材纤维素非晶区的分子取向,对马尾松材的偏振荧光强度的角分布进行了系统测量。获得了早材、晚材的取向度与年轮间的关系曲线,径切面与弦切面取向度间的差异。此法对了解木材材性、指导生产实践有一定意义。

【Abstract】 Polarized fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to study the molecular orientation in the amorphous regions of wood. This paper systematically measured the angular distributions of the polarized of fluorescence intensity of Pinus massoniana and obtained the relationship curve between the degree of orientation in late and early wood and the number of rings from pith. Also the difference between the degree of orientation in radial surface and that in tangential surface was found. This method has significance in realizing the property of wood, and instructing the practice in production of wood.
