生产气体烯烃的新方法——催化裂解
A New Route for Gaseous Olefin Production—Catalytic Pyrolysis
【摘要】 催化裂解工艺是应用酸性催化剂,在比催化裂化反应温度高而比蒸汽裂解温度低得多的操作条件下,利用催化反应制取烯烃的工艺。产品以丙烯为主。以大庆蜡油为原料时,气体烯烃产率为41.43%,其中丙烯占21.03%。
【Abstract】 Catalytic pyrolysis is a catalytic process which is applied to produce olefins at a reaction temperature much higher than steam pyrolysis by using an acidic catalyst. The main product is propylene. In processing gas oil from Daqing crude, the olefin gas yield is 41.43%, in which propylene is 21.03%.
