【摘要】 报告用酒精保存异体骨应用6例,均获成功。异体骨取自手术或外伤的健康骨,在无菌操作下置70～75%酒精中,普通冰箱冷藏,经组织学检查,保存期最长一年。X 线证实,松质骨2个月后开始模糊不清;皮质骨3个月后开始模糊不清,由宿主骨向异体骨生长包绕取而代之。临床未见排异反应。对有关问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports that homologous bone preserved in alcohol was used successfully in 6 cases.Healthy allogenic bone was obtained from operation of artificial joint replacement and traumatic amputation.The bone was preserved in 70～75% alcohol undar aseptic condition and placed in a refrigerator.Histological observation proved that the maximal time of effective preservation was one year.Roentgenogram showed the re- sorption of cancellous bone started from two months postoperatively and that of cortical bone after three months.New bone grew,wrapped the transplant and replaced it gradually.No rejection was noticed clinically. Relevant problems have been discussed.更多还原
