耐力训练可引起快肌中SDH酶活性增强
Endurance Training Can Make Sdh Enzyme Activity Increasing in The Fast Fibers
【摘要】 琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)是三羟循环中一个有代表性的标志酶。本研究对小白鼠进行了四周的耐力训练后,采用MPV2显微分光光度计,再次对小自鼠骨骼肌中的每一单根肌纤维的(SDH)进行了定量测定,其结果表明,耐力训练可使快肌(Ⅱ型)中的(SDH)酶活性增强。文章对骨骼肌在耐力训练后快肌纤维酶的变化情况以及国外学者对此方面的研究,进行了综合分析、探讨。
【Abstract】 Succinale Dehydrogenase (SDH) is a mark enzyme in the krebs cycle.Our study is concerned about the cytochemical quantitative analysis of the SDH in mice skeletal muscle after endurance training by using mic-rospectroto metric method. The result demonstrated that SDH activity was increased markedly in fast muscle fibers. Our article also comprehesively discussed the changes of SDH in skeletal muscle after endurance training as well as the researches of foreign scholars in the same area.
