【Abstract】 11 557 children in Harbin, aged 2 to 14 with no symptoms, were screened by testing the urine with test paper. The results showed that there were 51 cases with various uric changes which made up 0.44% of the total. The 51 cases were diagnosed as non-symptomatic hemuresis, non-symptomatic proteinuria, non-symptomatic bacteriuria, nephritides and nephrotic syndrome respectively according to the histories, physical examinations, blood-biochemical tests, the urine culture, immunology and B-ultrasonic examinations。The results indicated that it is of importance that healthy children are screened by testing urine with test paper periodically for early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment of the diseases of urinary system, which should be popularized widely from now on.更多还原
