联合抗过敏疗法抗豚鼠血清过敏症的实验研究

【摘要】 本文应用联合抗过敏疗法及赛庚啶进行抗豚鼠血清过敏症治疗,观察两种疗法的保护作用。结果表明,联合抗过敏组豚鼠死亡率为12.5%,对照组为87.5%。二者相比P<0.01,联合抗过敏疗法能明显地降低血清总IgE及肥大细胞脱颗粒数。赛庚啶对豚鼠血清过敏症亦有一定的保护作用。

【Abstract】 In this report, the hypersensitive shock death rate of guinea pig, the levels of IgE in sera of guinea pig and mast cell degranulation average(%)were observed. The results showed that the death rate of united antiallergic group was significantly lower than that of control group (p<0.01). Cyproheptadine had a certain protective effect against the hypersensitive shock of guinea pig.
