镉—3,5—二溴—PADAP—离子混合表面活性剂显色体系的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了cd(11)-3.5一二溴-PADAP-SDS-OP.显色反应条件.在pH8.60的硼砂-硼酸-氯化钠缓冲溶液中,橙红色配合物的最大吸收在575nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.44×10~5.镉量在0~16ug/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,用于地面水中痕量镉的测定,结果满意.

【Abstract】 A new colour reaction is developed for cadmium with 2-(3,5- dibromo-2-pyridylazo) 5-diethyl-aminophenol(3, 5—diBr-PADAP) -sodium lauryl sulfate (SDS) and emulsifier OP, and the optimal reaction conditions are selected.In the presence of SDS-OP, the complex of Cd(11)-3, 5-diBr-PADAP is formed in the pH 8.0 to 11.0 buffer solution of borax. The maximum absorbance and the apparent molar absorptivity of the complex are 575nm and 1.44×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, respectively. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of O to 16 μg cadimium per 25ml.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of microamounts of Cd(11) in the tap water, natural water and waste water.
