【摘要】 采用 TRACOR-900系列液相色谱仪,以 Zorbax-ODS作色谱柱,甲醇-水为移动相,测定了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中阻聚剂2,2,6,6-四甲基-4羟基哌啶-1-氧自由基(TMHPO·)的含量。用去离子水作萃取剂,用量为水/MMA=1/3(体积比),萃取5次。本方法最低检出量为70 ppb,相对误差<2.3％,分析周期6 min,可用于工业生产的分析监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of trace, polymerization inhibitor 2.2.6.6- tetramethyl-4-hydroxyl-piperidine-1-ozyl radical ( TMHPO·)in methylmethacrylate ( MMA ) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) with photo-conductivity detector of TRACOR-900 system. It was investigated that TMHPO· was extracted by deion-water as extractant from monomer, with the dosage of water/MMA = 1/3( volume ratio ) and extraction for 5 times,The minimum detective amount of TMHPOA· with the method was found to be 70 ppb,reative deviation < 2.3%, analytical period 6 mint and suitable for the monitoring analysis in the production process.更多还原
