【Abstract】 A series of YBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ samples (with x = 0.01,0.03, 0.06, 0.10, 0.20, 0.50 and 1.00) , in which magnetic Fe ions are substituted for part of Cu ions in Y-Ba-Cu-O system, has been prepared. The’ structure’ of samples have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction . It has been shown that the structure of Y-Ba-Cu-Fe samples consist of three different region depending on x. They are of orthorhombic structure(asx<0.01) ,of mixed structure of orthorhombrc and tetragonal (as 0.01≤x<1.00) and of tetragonal structure (as x≥1.00) .更多还原
