【Abstract】 In this paper the wall degradation hypotonic method of preparing mitotic chromosome sample in plant was used for the karyotype analysis of root tip cells of the two varieties of rye (Secale cereale L.). They are diploid species. The karyotype formulas of the two varieties are 2n=2x=14=10m(2sat)+4sm. Among these chromosome pairs, No.1. 2.4.5.7. are metacentric, and No. 3.6. are submetacentric. According to the karyotype classification by Stebbins, however, the two varieties ryeare 1A-type. The B-chromosome andthe phenomenon of G-Banding pattern on the varieties of AR132 rye chromomes Was reported too.更多还原
