汽相法制备光纤预制棒的温度与元素沉积规律
The Relation between the Temperature of Optical Fiber Preformed by CVD Process and the Depositional Regulation of Elements
【摘要】 温度是制备光纤预制棒的技术关键之一,作者结合理论,在实验中初步探索出掺杂石英中元素沉积、烧缩与温度变化规律。
【Abstract】 The temperature is one of the major product technique of optical fiber preform. Combining theory with the experiment, the author has explored the variable regulation that is the relation between make-up of elements deposition & sintering of quartz & temperature.
