【Abstract】 The effects of ginsenosides on macrophages in the subcutaneous connective tissue in mice was reported. The experimental results showed that different doses of ginsenosides had different effects, but no linear parallel relationship between the dosage and the effect was seen. Suitable dosage of ginsenosides exerted an obvious effect in increasing the number of macrophages, in the activity of acid phosphatase, cytocbrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase; however, such obvious effect was not seen with too large doses of ginsenosides.更多还原
