【Abstract】 Measurement of level of calcium and magnesium in serum and rumen fluid in goats by atomic absorption spectroscopy is reported and discussed experimentally. Variation coefficients of calcium and magnesium in serum are 0.67% and 0.55%, respectively. Recoveries of calcium and magnesium are 102% and 104%, respectively. The difference between experimental results by the present method and by routine blood test is not significant (p>0.05). Then, in order to reduce reading drift and enhance precision and sensitivity, changing acelylene steel-jar installation was proposed. This method is fast, accurate, simple and sample limited.更多还原
