【摘要】 <正> 传统的视力检查法只是检查人眼分辨最小细节的能力,这对辨认功能的评价是很不够的。近年来国外有人采用不同对比的视力检查获得了一些有意义的结果。国内有关视形觉对比功能的检查方法和手段在体检和临床上尚未见报道,为此我们用自制的具有不同大小和对比的视力表对正常眼和病眼进行了检测,进一步探讨这种双功能信息指标的意义,以便为体检、特殊视觉作业能力更多还原

【Abstract】 Contrast vision and contrast threshold have been studied on 140 normal eyes and 58 abnormal eyes using contrast vision chart. The results showedthat (1) several grade of contrast vision and contrast threshold may bedivided in same group with normal vision, (2) affection of the age factor onthe contrast vision and contrast threshold is earlier than the normal vision(3) this two indax are more sensitive to reveal the decrease of contrastsensitivity among normal eyes; in seven kinds eye’s disease loss of visionfunction was found by measuring contrast sensitivity but not by the vision(4) both of the contrast vision and contrast threshold possesses doublefunction information of vision and contrast sensitivity. but they respondto some disease eyes differetly更多还原
