【Abstract】 《Foundry dust protection technical regulation》is in the nature of technical law and regulation of state standard. Having been proved and issued by responsible departments,it is endowed with legal effectiveness and is implemented by the labour departments at all levels. This regulation should be executed in the projects and enterprises, such as foundry projects of founding, reforming and extending; proje- cts concerning foreign affairs as well as enterprises supplying foundry raw materials. It is the guiding ideology for drawing up this regulation, deeming that the upmost link for handling foundry protection well is to take approaches on techno- loyy and tackle in comprehensive way to strengthen maintenance nianagenient and detection superitendent. This regulation comprises 5 chapters and 204 clauses, 5 appendics and 1 explanatory note attached.
